Wow, I remember that conversation - it is interesting to see many of my early thoughts on Plurk are still holding up. Great round up of some of the 'usual suspects' on plurk and getting some great insights Todd!! Woo hoo (sorry no dancing Banana's here)
Ok, Todd, I just joined Plurk. Maybe when Twitter crashes for good I'll even start using it ;)
Good job Todd. Two simple questions with some very incisive answers. The threaded conversations in Plurk make the place much more welcoming and much easier to meet new people. I find myself getting into better conversations with people at Plurk than I do at Twitter, though I still like both,
Great article and comments. I agree with vangogh - I just signed up for Plurk and really like it, but don't see it replacing Twitter. I'll use both - but may be reaching max capacity on how many things I can keep updated, even with services that update more than one at a time. Thanks again!
