One person in every million truly gets the Internet. So if so few people get the web, which has been widely accessible for over a decade, how many actually get the relatively new phenomenon of social media/ social networking?

this story was posted a few days ago. it's not showing sphinns on the sphinn button. (on the story itself) http://sphinn.com/story/66042

are we allowed to post a story twice if it doesnt do good the first time around?
